What can I expect with EMDR?
1. We’ll identify where you’re stuck — the memories, patterns, or emotional “loops” that keep resurfacing.
2. Using bilateral stimulation, we’ll help your brain safely reprocess those experiences and release the emotional grip they’ve had on you.

We identify your goals and build emotional safety before starting.

Using eye movements or tapping, we work through distressing memories. EMDR activates both sides of the brain while revisiting these memories, allowing them to be reprocessed in a healthier way.

Over time, the emotional charge around those experiences fades, and you begin to see them differently — as something that happened, not something that defines you. In this process, you gain new insights, beliefs, and self-trust.
